I had my first, hopefully of many, Lymphatic Drain Massage with Pam today. I can’t tell you how great it was. She knew exactly where my problems and pain were without me telling her. Lauren is amazing! My Indian head massage was incredible (and Lauren tweaked it to what I needed!) followed by a dermaplaning facial! Amazing as always!

Can’t thank Abbie and Gus enough, they definitely do know their stuff, If anyone needs a Physio or even just a sports massage go to injury Mechanics, you won’t be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a most wonderful facial today. This was so relaxing and delivered in a calm wonderful atmosphere. The products used smelt divine. I can thoroughly recommend this. Not only did the facial include a full scalp massage I also had an arm and hand treatment. Such a wonderful pampering session and I was spoilt tremendously Can’t wait for my next treatment, which I’m going to try.

Whilst I’ve had sports massage in the past, it was my first time visiting SB massage. My appointment was with Katie who did a really great job. I’d had a sore shoulder from the gym which has been getting progressively worse, in addition I’ve been really tight from my full time desk job but, Katie worked wonders and I’ve come away feeling much better and having already booked my next appointment with her again!
