I had the pleasure of receiving a sports massage from Nicola today. We focused on particular areas that needed attention due to an injury. I tried something a bit different this time, Acupuncture! I'm not a fan of needles but I really wanted to give this a go. Most of them I could not feel going in. I did feel the occasional one that was going into a knot but it just felt like a little pinprick. Nothing to worry about. The result was amazing. I had the massage afterwards and I actually fell asleep. I have never felt that relaxed before to the point of sleeping. Sorry if I snored Emma!

Alison is absolutely amazing, I come every few weeks to have her treat my wrist and my only wish is that I came sooner! She’s so knowledgeable and professional, 100% would recommend, I’m always banging on to my clients about her. Worth every single penny!

One of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Beautiful space that makes you feel relaxed and Emma really does put you at ease. This wasn't just about my posture issues, it really was a reset for my nervous system. The best night sleep I've had in weeks. I would highly recommend.
