Overall great experience, the girl who washed my hair did an excellent job, I felt relaxed, she washed my hair very nice and even did a bit of a massage which I absolutely loved and needed, I cannot remember her name and the Emaan, she blow dried my hair so good that it didn't even need a Flatiron which I loved, I took a flat iron anyway, she was friendly and very informative with her advise given, thank you Be-Dazzle Strandfontein ❤️

Leah just did my hair and I’m absolutely in love! She’s not just talented, she’s genuinely kind and took her time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Her hands are magic, my hair feels healthy, soft, and it looks even better than I imagined. The whole experience at JEMS was so warm and relaxing, but Leah really made it special. She’s patient, professional, and has the kindest spirit. You can tell she truly cares about her clients.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile at Reception that set the tone for a wonderful experience. The hairstylist who washed, blow-dried, and flat-ironed my hair was both skilled and professional—my hair looked and felt amazing! The lady who did my eyebrow wax was equally talented, with a gentle touch and great attention to detail. Both ladies made me feel pampered and cared for. I will definitely be visiting Bedazzled again and will highly recommend their service to my family and friends.

First time visit. Excellent service from start to finish. The professional service from both staff members is beyond great. Mary, the stylist took her time and explained every step she was doing and the reason for doing so. I'm over the moon with my hair. The best wash and head massage ever was given, not to mention the most delicious, piping hot cup of tea I was offered. Thank you ladies. You are the best hair experience by far that Iv had in Strandfontein. Will definitely be back soon.

Service was very good by Mariska, appt was at 2,but no mystery gifts for their 7th birthday. Very disappointed. Might only be at 3 arts branch, but definitely not at Strandfontein. No drinks no snacks at Strandfontein branch. Not happy.
