Fantastic again few sessions now and getting to the bottom of the problem. Ben always listens to my opinions on my injuries. Always helps to find a way to help me improve. Wether it be from sports massage or exercise and training advice. We wanted to work on strengthening muscles. Due to a latex allergy I’ve never been able to use bands. Ben went above and beyond by sourcing me bands to help. Highly recommend will never go anywhere else now.

Excellent Sports Massage with Sophie this afternoon. This lady knows her stuff, wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Followed her for ten years and counting! She is “Simply the Best” give her a go is my advice. 😊

As always feeling much better after treatment from Sophie. Especially on helping to relieve my tendonitis issue with acupuncture and on this visit I had a particularly tight neck which she helped ease with both acupuncture and sports massage. Feeling loosey goosey now!

Sophie was excellent, very attentive and professional throughout. She provided a truly effective deep tissue sports massage, targeting all the right areas with just the right pressure. Highly recommend!
