My first ever Thai massage and what a great experience!!!!Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The best part was the masseuse focusing on my left shoulder muscles without me telling her that my shoulder has been in pain for quite some time. Croydon’s absolute best!!!! Highly Recommend!

What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Great sports massages, and a great woman. If your an athlete/workout a lot, make sure to get a sports massage. Had a back problem from an accident, and was given a massage with acupuncture. Pain and stiffness was gone within a couple days. All massages I’ve had here have made me better and ready to go. 110% would recommend

This was the perfect, self-indulgent birthday present. My body was scrubbed, manipulated and felt positively rejuvenated by the end of my 90 minute session. I left feeling beyond rested and could have easily fallen asleep while walking home. I look forward to my return visit.

I was able to book a same day appointment which was ideal. Lovely atmosphere and close to home. My therapist was very skilled. Unfortunately, I have years of tension in my back, neck and shoulders.. so I felt every single knot being massaged out. A little sore now but it's to be expected. I will definitely visit again in the future.

I can only commend Taja for her excellent work. Taja took her time to understand and assess my muscle related problem, recommended best treatment and straight hands on to deal with my issue. Today I had both sports massage and acupuncture, combination of both dealt effectively with my problem. Taja is very experienced, delivered treatment in a very professional way. Definitely felt looked after and as soon my session was over I could feel the difference. Highly recommended
