She really helped ease so much of the tension I’d been carrying in my neck and upper back, and I came away feeling incredibly relaxed. Vicky is so professional, welcoming and lovely to be around. My visit this time with Vicki was due to having pain with sciatica pain. Vikki carried out a sports massage with cupping to the lower area to release the tight muscles around the area. Next day was sore but such a difference! Great service once again.

Rhianna was the ultimate professional. I had an excellent 60-minute sports massage focused on the areas causing me tightness & pain. Rhianna adjusted the firmness to suit my needs & took time after the session to talk me through the areas she’d worked on & the reasons why. My legs felt so much better after the session - I’d highly recommend Rhianna to other clients.

I had such a wonderful experience with my lymphatic massage. I’ve had sports massages across the last 4 1/2 years as train & compete as a natural strongwoman and stonelifter. This means I’ve experienced many different approaches from therapists. After being let down by my last sports therapist there was no doubt where I’d go. Rhianna carried out a visual assessment alongside listening to issues I have been having. She was thorough and attended to them all over the course of the next 90 minutes. Her confident approach really helped me relax. She gave me exercises to go away with to introduce to my training and I have already booked back in⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rhianna was fantastic. I was having real issues with my neck which casing a lot of intense pain pulsating into my head. I knew it would be due to tight muscles in my shoulders/upper back. Rhianna not only helped to loosen these muscles, she took time to explain what she was doing and how I could minimise further issues. I now feel so much better. I will definitely go back

What can I say… I have been struggling for weeks with pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulders and after just two sessions I have relief! Rhianna is fantastic, professional and knowledgeable- she explained what she was doing and why with a well informed description of the human anatomy. I cannot recommend Rhianna highly enough. She is very professional and knowledgeable in everything that she does. I have always felt relaxed and at ease with her outgoing personality. I have now been going to see her for over 8 months. I have a tendency to push my body to and past its limits sometimes as I train for powerlifting. She is always able to fix anything I have managed to do to my body and explain anything I can do to prevent it in the future and also helps with future injury prevention for me too and is happy to give advise on any exercises or stretches to help with this.
