Myself and my friend were visiting Leeds and were waiting for a late flight home, so decided to book in for a massage. The space was absolutely beautiful and ao relaxing as soon as you came through the door. The staff were so welcoming and lovely and the massages were absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Leeds.

I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

“I had a deep tissue massage with Giuliano to help with severe back spasms, and it made a real difference. He worked with firm pressure, especially on my right side, where there was a lot of tension. The glute work was intense but incredibly effective. It was challenging at times, but I felt so much better afterward. A really professional and well-executed treatment—I’d definitely recommend Giuliano to anyone needing proper muscle release and relief.

Pat was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why which filled me with confidence as this was the first sports massage I’d tried. Even after a short time, the pain in my left hamstring has eased and Pat was good enough to suggest some exercises that would help with my recovery.
