This was my first osteopath treatment , Fleur made me feel welcome and comfortable, she was professional and explained all the work she intended to do with me to address my physical issues. I like the way Fleur explained how my body was working and what could be causing the issues. I have received exercise and strengthening videos to watch before my next session in a month.
