Ngaire did a great job with the Sports Massage! She is very experienced in her craft and was able to open up lots of knots and soreness. The massage was incredible, as a gym goer and heavy weight lifter this massage really helped. I added in Reiki and this was such a relaxing, calming experience. Truly magical!

I am so grateful to have found Saila. Finally all of the issues I have lived with for my whole adult life (I am 56) start to make sense. In particular, Saila confirmed my strongly suspected lipodema, and not only provides the most amazing lymphatic drainage massages, she is giving invaluable advise on how to manage the condition and prevent further progress. After the first massage I slept for 12 hours, really deeply, for the first time in years and woke feeling incredibly relaxed.

Beautiful massage and reiki treatment! The massage was so relaxing and we had a lovely chat. Ngaire knows exactly where the tension is, and gives great advice! And the reiki is really magic. Incredibly relaxing remedial massage. Without needing to direct, Ngaire found all the tense spots in my body, and I’ve left feeling completely relaxed, less tense and like I’ve been tranquilised in the best way.
