I am so grateful to have found Saila. Finally all of the issues I have lived with for my whole adult life (I am 56) start to make sense. In particular, Saila confirmed my strongly suspected lipodema, and not only provides the most amazing lymphatic drainage massages, she is giving invaluable advise on how to manage the condition and prevent further progress. After the first massage I slept for 12 hours, really deeply, for the first time in years and woke feeling incredibly relaxed.

Saila was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, making me feel completely at ease throughout the session. By the end, I felt like a brand new person. Beautiful massage and reiki treatment! The massage was so relaxing and we had a lovely chat. Ngaire knows exactly where the tension is, and gives great advice! And the reiki is really magic. An absolutely wonderful experience! I cannot recommend Saila enough. I initially had an appointment because I wanted to find someone knowledgeable and experienced who I could send my post- operative patients to for lymphatic massages after their cosmetic surgery. Saila was calm, welcoming and warm and I could tell immediately that I was in safe and competent hands. I have sent many patients to Saila and they have all benefited from her treatment and only have good things to say. To be honest now I am hooked too, her treatments are relaxing and nurturing, which is exactly working mums need!

I had the "Chronic Pain, Stress & Inflammation Therapy" treatment combined with Indiba. I went to see Saila because I've been living with chronic pain related to a maxilofacial condition, combined with the stress of everyday life, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. What can I say? With Saila, you always receive more than you expect, and your life is always better after you've been in her hands. I can't recommend her highly enough. Every session leaves me feeling better, both physically and emotionally.

Absolutely amazing experience with Ngaire. I’ve had Reiki treatments for many years, and this was by far the best session I’ve ever experienced.
