The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

I had asked for a strong massage and the therapist's ability to locate and then release deep-seated muscle tension, even if the experience was somewhat intense, was much appreciated. Later that day, my muscles WERE a little sore, however, I had a fabulous night’s sleep that evening & felt absolutely awesome the next morning with no soreness remaining the following day! Fantastic experience! I had a massage with Claire and she was exceptional: extremely competent, professional, and with impeccable technique. The center is spotlessly clean and smells amazing—a very well-kept environment where you immediately feel at ease. I really appreciated the relaxing music and the fact that there was no outside noise, allowing for total relaxation. Claire was lovely and very welcoming throughout, even offering me a great tea at the end of the session. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
