Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I booked the 1-hour Focusing Massage with the Indian Head Massage & Hair Treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

Natural Palm is hands down the best massage place in Cairns. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and everything feels very clean, calm, and professional from the moment you walk in. Palm was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. I felt completely taken care of throughout the whole session. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

This is a really fantastic salon - relaxing, pampering, expert, friendly and kind. The best way I can describe it is ethical luxe. If you are, like me, new to town and are not sure where to go for that little treat or indulgence and want to be treated like a princess don’t look any further. Faux fur blankets, warm bed to hop into after the ‘nasty’ treatment for the remainder, delicious elixirs and dainty little edible treats presented in a glass cloche post-treatment were some of the highlights. Donna is a font of information about the best cafes in Edge Hill and the must-do’s in Cairns.

I am visiting Cairns for 2 weeks and was a walk in client wanting my lashes filled as I didn’t get to have them done before leaving Brisbane. I was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Michelle and made a booking to have my lashes done with her on the following day. I was very impressed with everything about this salon. I laid in the most beautiful treatment room on the most comfortable beauty bed whilst having my lashes done, and was EXTREMELY happy with how my lashes looked upon completion of my appointment. Absolutely amazing 👏🏻 the friendliest most attentive and caring staff, lovely setting, great ambience and very clean! They look after you from the moment you enter and don't rush you out the door after instead they invite you to sit and relax with a cup of herbal tea as long as you like. The spa menu is fantastic! I will become a regular here now.

This was the most amazing facial! It exceeded my expectations by far. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful - natural and gorgeous furniture and fittings, the scents make you instantly feel like you are on holiday and the music is perfect to relax and unwind to. I felt like royalty during the whole visit and left feeling the most relaxed I've had in months. Donna is highly skilled and experienced in buccaneers massage. Donna put me at ease immediately and I can’t believe that after just one appointment felt tension release in my jaw and neck. Tension we carry around daily is difficult to identify and Donna’s work and care left me feeling lighter and more relaxed in this area than I have for a long time.
