Leah just did my hair and I’m absolutely in love! She’s not just talented, she’s genuinely kind and took her time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Her hands are magic, my hair feels healthy, soft, and it looks even better than I imagined. The whole experience at JEMS was so warm and relaxing, but Leah really made it special. Mary did not disappoint, I mean… she never does! I asked for a butterfly layered haircut and she gave me exactly that with added bounce and shine! I must say, the students from College of Cape Town are exceptional at what they do too. The head massage was the best it’s ever been. Wonderful experience.

First time visit. Excellent service from start to finish. The professional service from both staff members is beyond great. Mary, the stylist took her time and explained every step she was doing and the reason for doing so. I'm over the moon with my hair. The best wash and head massage ever was given, not to mention the most delicious, piping hot cup of tea I was offered. Thank you ladies.
