Every time I come into ballerina beauty, I’m welcomed and greeted with a smile. The staff are so friendly and attentive and always making sure I am happy with my pedicure, lash lift or whatever it is I’m getting. I always look forward to getting my lashes done by Rachel. I love that she always does her best to make sure she understands her clients. The experience is always calming & makes the environment feel comfortable. Her work is very professional & so gentle u hardly feel a thing!. My fav moment was when she brought her iPad out to show me how the map of the lash set will look like so we both were on the same page. It takes me a while to find someone that brings my ideas of styles to life, but Rachel does exactly that and meets my expectations EVERYTIME! which is why I trust her with my lashes. <3

Been going to Rachel for 6+ yrs now and she’s been the most consistent lash tech ever. She will always listen to your request but at the same she will tell you what works best for your eye shape, to which I think is one of the most important part of getting your lashes done.
