Staff are very pleasant to deal with. This was my third massage at Grand Central and I'm very happy with their service. Tanya is excellent, she finds and releases tight muscles with minimal discomfort and immediate relief. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I'll definitely be back for my regular Massages. I honestly walked out feeling like a different person. Jyoti was absolutely amazing. Her massage was perfect. She somehow knew the perfect amount of pressure to work out all the tight spots without it ever being too much. My facial was pure bliss, and I felt so relaxed and cared for the whole time. Rebooked on the spot. I can't wait to come back!

Jack provided an amazing remedial massage. I came in with a very tight and sore body. Jack customised his approach and worked solidly over 90mins to loosen up the tight muscles and break down the knots. I left feeling so much better - 10 years younger. Thank you!
