I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

Great experience! She’s skilled, fast, and very professional. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them, and the quality lasts really well (almost a month for me). On top of that, her prices are very reasonable compared to other places in Melbourne. Highly recommend if you’re looking for beautiful nails and a reliable nail tech!

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

Chelsea has such created such a beautiful space at her Footscray shop. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa pedi. It’s an ideal space for anyone wanting their nails done without the intense vibes that a lot of nail salons often have. Such a personable experience with quality services. Exceptional, the team are so genuine and friendly. On top of the great service was the beautiful nails, they did them with such care and attention to detail. I went as I’m travelling - but now I feel like I’ll take every chance I get to get my nails done here whenever I’m in Melbourne!
