Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.
