This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

Diane was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly!! Even though our appointment took place after the store’s closing time, she still took the time to give me an amazing experience and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She listened to all my hair concerns (lack of volume and heaviness from products) and gave me amazing recommendations. I’ve never left a salon with my hair feeling so light and bouncy and looking as amazing as it does. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular hair cuts! :)

Makoto was awesome! I had signed up for the wrong perm for my lifestyle and she realized that in time and helped me figure out what would work. The chairs are so comfy, including the hair washing one - cause the bottom piece lifts before the back goes down, so the legs and back adjust properly. It was very relaxing, and it looks great!

All were friendly, and kind. A relaxed, calm atmosphere, and very proffessional work. I have been back several times now. My hairdresser, Sana, shared their ideas of what to do, with my hair at each step and let me pick. So happy with the process, including a relaxing scalp massage. Love the ,look at the end. Wanted casual look for photos later today. Gave me tidiness and extra volume, and still looked like my own natural self with no frozen hair! I reccomend
