Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

Absolutely AMAZING 🤩 Tanya was so friendly and extremely professional. I’m over the moon with my pedicure, came home and made my next appointment straight away. Great location, free parking and a very relaxing treatment. Fantastic selection of colours to choose from 🌈

Love this place. I’ve been coming to Sophie for a while now, and monthly with my child who has SEN needs. Sophie and the team are brilliant — treatments are always high quality, but more importantly my daughter is understood, recognised and respected. The feel and vibe is what we love most; we’re always made to feel welcome, with Sophie and the girls making every visit special. Her monthly sensory pedicures and head spa are always a winner. She’s calmer, less stressed, sleeping better, and I see a real release in her.

Every time I have a pedicure with Donna. My feet feel wonderful. Donna is a lovely, kind lady and very good at her job. I highly recommend her.
