Liene was a fantastic host. She accommodated our lateness for the treatment initially and her communication was second to none. The treatment itself was dreamlike and very relaxing. So much so that my partner felt like she was in a trance and could have stayed on the treatment table forever. Further to this, because it was her birthday, Liene have her a gift and card. These small touches show that the art of customer satisfaction is not dead. It is alive and well in Cleethorpes. Lindsey was very nice to meet today and I had a very nice experience going back to how a manicure and pedicure should be. The fact she uses normal polish instead of the gels and biab, which although is very nice too, it has in time ruined my healthy nails.
