While I was a bit apprehensive at first, new salon and all, I walked in and was met by Noreen. She immediately put me at ease and made my experience a welcoming delight! Her professionalism, expertise and warm manner made me very comfortable and relaxed. So much so that I added waxing after my first visit. Love this nail shop! Chic little spot situated in downtown Houston where there's a lot of residential highrise apartments, so it's walking distance if you're in the neighborhood. All of the staff are very professional and courteous and very accommodating. I love all the care they put into keeping the shop neat, clean, and comfortable; tools sterilized, utilizing liners on the Pedi tubs, clean workspaces, and towels washed. I've had mani & pedis and always leave happy & more confident with the beautiful work they do on my nails.

Even though I am not Brazilian, I felt very welcomed from the moment I stepped in. There was coffee and refreshments when I walked in and a man walked around with snacks for the clients. What stood out to me is that clearly the women loved working there. They were smiling and didn’t run right out the door when they were finished. This translated to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. As for my hair care itself, it was just what I was looking for. I got a Brazilian Blow Out treatment and it looks perfect.

Cypress Classic Hair has been my go to place for cutting/styling my hair for the past 3 years. All the ladies I have had the pleasure of speaking with are friendly and professional but after Kathy and Kinzie cut/styled my hair, I don't want anyone else to touch it. Kinzie is my primary stylist and just seems understand what to do with my hair. I’m an older man, my hair strands are very fine and wavy (what’s left of them). I have an exceeding recess hair line and am noticeably thinning on top, but they are both patient and attentive, and make me look and feel like a million bucks on every visit
