Noreen, is the best! She is professional and I love the what she does with my hair. I have unruly-frizzy hair. I have been going to this salon for Brazilian Blowouts for years. She also does and excellent job on Bridal makeup as well. This is the only salon I go to I recommend to all of my friends.
