Toni was great, very thorough and attention to detail. She has done a pedicure and a biab manicure - very happy with both! I have also had Lola too for a pedicure - she was also great. It was a relaxing experience and nice conversation too ;)

I had a lovely relaxing pedicure and nail polish with Chelsea today. She was warm and friendly but also professional in her approach. I had stupidly worn trainers but she helped me manage an open toe solution so my nail polish wasn't damaged

Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!!

What an absolutely lovely nail technician. I’ve made a new friend today and her work is just perfection in a very cosy environment. Lovely fresh coffee too and fabulous homemade cuticle oil used to finish the treatment .. Amazing .. x

My first visiting for a mani with Sophie today and so happy with the results!! I am very picky about my nails and normally, I’d get home and pick up a nail file to reshape my already shaped nails!! I was nervous about having my eyebrows tinted as it was important to me that the end result was a natural look and not too dark. I discovered Sophie locally, & she totally understood & said she could apply the dye for a very short period of time, check, and apply more if required. Two short applications worked perfectly & gave me the natural look I wanted, along with the lovely eyebrow shape that Sophie did. Also had a leg wax; perfect. I would highly recommend Sophie, she is friendly, professional, & listens to what you want to ensure you achieve your desired results. I will return 😊

Sophie is a warm welcoming person I immediately felt at ease with her, the salon is perfect with lots of parking just outside. I love the finished look and I’m already planning my next visit. I’ve had brow technicians that have got too “pluck happy” in the past and I explained to Sophie how I wanted to keep them as full as possible and she understood completely but still managed to get them into a great shape!!! I Can’t reccomend her enough! Thankyou x
