Caitlyn fit me in to have my hair cut without an appointment. I was very pleased. I had rung the salon and left a voicemail to arrange a new appointment but no one had rung me back so I called in and she said she could do it. Very pleased with her attitude and capabilities. Annie did such a great job on my nail set. I came with fairly uneven nail length and shape from a previous biab service and she managed to turn it into a brilliant clean and polished new Biab. She mastered adding an extension on one of the nails that was broken as well. Then she proceeded to create intricate nail art design and did it exactly the way I wanted it, we picked the colours together. She's lovely to be around and very attentive. She provides quality work and quality services. Can't wait for my next appointment and would highly recommend
