Excellent service, I saw Kenlee, she knew straight away just by looking at my hair that I had a deficiency so I went to doctors and had blood tests done and she was exactly right I was very low on iron, I’m so grateful for her knowledge as I would have never had known. She done my hair lovely and advised what products to use. Not just a hairdresser, a very knowledgeable health guru. I’d recommend everyone to use Kenlee. Excellent service. I’ve found my forever salon and stylist. From a very happy and grateful customer.

You know when you have found The One!. Came for a restyle, left with a great cut, more knowledge on my own hair than I have ever had and completely assured that this salon is a safe space for me and my neuro quirky easily over stimulated self. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed. Thank you Amber - I'm a new super fan and I'm telling EVERYONE!

1st visit to salon today, hair done by Sarah. She did an amazing job and so pleased with the results. Hair badly damaged using chemicals and in real need of a good cut, Sarah did exactly as I asked and was professional throughout. Makes a great coffee too. Will definitely recommend and return myself. So pleased, thank you Sarah. Only negative was issues with paying the deposit on-line prior to my visit but can't blame the salon for that.

The best salon I’ve ever been to! I’ve followed Beth throughout her hairdressing journey and she has blossomed since being at Henry Wills with Carmel. So attentive and listens so well to the many changes I make to my hair 🤣 my hair has grown so much and hasn’t been healthier since coming here, Beth & Carmel are so inviting and it’s a comfortable enjoyable experience every time! The girls have looked after me at some bad times in my life and I always leave feeling better, highly recommend ❤️

I’m new to this salon, it’s second time I’ve been and everyone is so lovely and friendly. To find someone who can cut and colour short hair is a rare find. 16 years in my previous hairdresser so to find this beauty is a little gem. Thanks Sian and Team.HB for making me feel so welcome.

Wouldn't go anywhere else after trying several salons. This has to be hands down the top salon. The staff are all very friendly. Laura my stylist is so patient with me and never fails to give me the hair I'm after. Always a 5 star service. All the ladies & Gents in this salon I would recommend!

Izzy is a friendly, bubbly person who put me at ease straight away. I had a bad experience with a different hairdresser so was apprehensive about going but I didn’t need to worry. Izzy listened to me and came up with a plan straight away to help me get my hair back to where I want it to be. Izzy is confident with her cutting, which I was happy about as I have very thick hair. I was made to feel very comfortable and given lots of opportunities to make sure I was happy with my cut. I would definitely recommend Izzy, the salon is lovely and I am looking forward to re-booking.
