She took her time and asked me exactly what I wanted and she delivered just that! Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). I had such an amazing experience at this new nail salon! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed. Lily did my shellac manicure and pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly detail oriented, gentle, and clearly takes pride in her work. My nails look flawless. The polish application is perfect, and the finish is so smooth and long lasting. What really stood out was how relaxing the whole appointment felt. Lily made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and the service felt both professional and genuinely caring.

I go to Jade on Danforth regularly for eyebrow threading. They're one of the only salons that do this - and they do it perfectly! The atmosphere inside is also so much nicer than most places, and no harsh chemical smells. I also told them about my favourite colour of nail polish that I've been looking for for ages, but has been discontinued in Canada. And they offered to order it for me!
