From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything went smoothly. I was greeted by a warm smile from all the colleagues and swiftly taken for the procedure. I got the multi vitamin IV drip for the first time, to help me prep for the Cannes Film Festival. And after a very busy few days, it was what I needed. I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends. Extremely pleased with the results. Thank you so much Sarah cannot wait for my next visit.
