I honestly don’t remember twitching once during the wax — which is saying something! I only realised this afterwards on the drive home. Laura made me feel completely comfortable, which is always a bonus when visiting a new therapist (and I’ve been waxing for many years). We chatted about everything from pet chickens to the moon and everything in between, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and effortless. This was my first facial so I have nothing to compare it to; The studio was clean and nicely decorated. Service from the staff was excellent, I felt very accommodated and respected. The treatment was so relaxing and calming. Her hands were cold which was lovely because I naturally run quite warm. She also explained what the products were she was going to use and why which was nice to know so I knew what to expect next. I booked my next appointment for the spring time on my way out and look forward to returning!
