Very professional. I was extremely nervous about having a full package wax but Michelle made me feel comfortable and completely at ease and reassured me the whole way though and I can now go on holiday without any stress or razors for that matter lol. I would highly recommend house of rose, it is a lovely clean establishment and the staff are all warm and friendly, I’m a very customer.

Every time I come to the House of Rose and Co for various treatments, you are given a warm welcome at reception. Today Sam was front of house. I had Charlotte to remove old PMU from my brows using a laser. Charlotte makes sure you are comfortable and counts you in for the laser before starting. She was very professional throughout the treatment. Highly recommend.

Went to see Dona today for the first time, booked via the Fresha app. I had about 6 inch chopped off and face framing feathering plus some subtle layers. The hair wash and head massage was by far the best I’ve had, I felt in heaven. There was no pressure for small talk, it was nice just to spend some time off my phone, in quiet and being pampered, and I walked out feeling great. Thank you so much
