This was my third visit to Shape Spa Miami, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The infrared sauna has become one of my favorite ways to recover and unwind. The spa is always clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best wellness spots I’ve found in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

If you’re in Miami you’re lucky to have this place in your neighborhood. The owner Lala is the sweetest and she is so helpful if you don’t know the area. I had a pedicure and it was the best ever, my feet felt so soft and clean for days after. Definitely a 5 star salon!

She's highly professional, continuously expands her knowledge, and always takes the time to provide personalized care without rushing. I came to Lyme for a facial……and I was very pleased. The place is so clean, modern and relaxing. Lily at the front desk was excellent, explaining all the different treatments they offer. The facial was delightful. Taylor was wonderful and had an excellent touch. Definitely a place to try!!
