Today I had the Radiance Facial with Paula, and as always, it did not disappoint. Although it wasn’t my first visit to the salon, it was my first time trying this facial, and I absolutely loved it. ✨Such a lovely experience from start to finish! The clinic is so clean and pretty — total aesthetic goals 😍 Madi is an absolute ray of sunshine ☀️ So bubbly, warm, and welcoming — she instantly puts you at ease! I had microneedling done and WOW, it was sooo comfortable (didn't expect that!) and my skin already feels amazing 💆‍♀️✨ Also got a lash lift and I'm OBSESSED — they look so fluttery and fresh. I had my lips done, they are amazing Madi put me at ease to make sure it wasn’t overly painful. Honestly can’t wait to come back! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to glow up. ❤️

I've just had the Ume Facial and Head Spa treatment and it was truly amazing. It's the most relaxed I've felt in a long time. The Japanese facial products have left my skin feeling incredibly soft, refreshed and glowing. Jade has created such a beautiful, calming space and her attention to detail is exceptional. I had an indulgent facial treatment and Maria was very nice at all times. She included a Skin Analysis and honestly, never understood my skin as well as today! She is so knowledgeable and tailored a perfect advice for me. We’re going to be working in my skin concerns and I feel more educated and in control now. The place is very nice, calmed and perfect to have trusted treatments.
