I had an amazing experience and couldn’t recommend her enough! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. I was particularly worried because I had a few active acne spots but she explained everything clearly, and never made me feel judged or pressured. Had anothering amazing Genie and facial session today. I can physically see tge improvement in my skin and see how the Genie treatment is working its magic. My jaw line is improving with each session and is now looking much more toned as is the rest of my face. Vena is as always so professional and kind and a mind of information. Absolutely love my facials, Genie treatments and Reiki. Appointments can't come round quick enough. So relaxing.

Where shall I start ?... if rating on the CQC level, the whole area is clean, tidy and all infection prevention measures are met. Following with the massage and facial experience I have not met another place like this one, treatment done in a professional manner, advise given , precautions , side effects if they may be talked through ( such as redness post peeling ). My advice if you need a facial treatment , simple massage , or a massage like mine when my back was full of stiff knots... visit Julias place and she will sort everything out for you. Thank you!

This was honestly the BEST facial I’ve ever had in my entire life (I’ve had quite a few). I felt completely relaxed and really well taken care of - everything was explained before the treatment and I was advised after the treatment too. I noticed a big difference in my skin, and the dark marks I’d been left with after a breakout faded significantly in the days after. It was the definition of feeling pampered - I’m really looking forward to going back for my next facial ✨

Ruby certainly knows her stuff. This was my first visit and won't be my last. I had a Russian Manicure with Gel polish. I was a little early but Ruby got straight to work. Shes very chatty, I feel like I've known her forever. Looking forward to visiting again.
