From start to finish, it was so relaxing. The ladies were absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable. The massage was beyond expectations, not just neck and shoulders, but also arms and legs, which made it feel like a full-body relaxation experience. After the treatment, they offered drinks and fresh fruit while my hair was drying, and even soaked my feet in a warm bath, such a thoughtful touch Every detail was intentional and luxurious. Very pleasant experience for my first time here! They are Vietnamese here as I am so I felt at home as if I was in Vietnam. There was a separate changing room with lockers with keys for your valuables. She scanned my scalp & it was very oily as it was day 5 lol. Massage service was done first, facial massage, cleansing, mask that felt so nice! My scalp feels so clean now. I fell asleep from how relaxed I was. Lastly had a 10 min foot soak while she blowdried my hair as I had hot green tea & the juiciest green grapes. The girls were so sweet. Luxury aesthetic, silk pink bathrobes! I recommend!

I am an old lady of 91 years, trying to remain living independently in my own home. I no longer drive, so I must remain able to walk to the store and drugstore. I decided to try massage when I was having so much leg pain that my mobility was threatened. MassageOne asked on my first appt if I needed help in any particular areas. So my knee, ankle, and feet flexibility and circulation were designated. Nana, my masseuse, spends over 50% of my 1 hour full-body massage on these problem areas. The results have been good; so good that I am getting this treatment once a week. Nana is very effective.

Helen was excellent! Strong hands and present with touch. I carry stress in my lower body, and I appreciated that she used different massage techniques and actually focused on my lower body as requested. This is not always the case with the therapist there; they tend to focus more on the shoulders and do minimal work on the hips and legs. :)

Lucy’s massages are the best, very soothing and relaxing but she is also able to work all your tense muscles and stretch what’s needed. This time around I had a prenatal massage and felt much better afterwards. I definitely recommend this place. Such a great value for the stellar service you receive and tips are more than deserving.

TLDR: A spa experience with saunas and pools this is not. A serious massage with the impact of a medical procedure it is. Claudia can work miracles with her hands. I was in bad shape from chronically bad posture at work and at the point where my neck was locked up and in real eye-widening pain. In one session, Claudia restored range of motion and relieved my pain. Never experienced anything like it. I’ve been to bougie spas before, and the amenities are cool, but the massages often felt scripted. Claudia triaged my body, and the massage was personalized, professional, and very, very good.

I love this place because of how they pay attention to detail. However, I was a little disappointed in my service. Usually my pedicures are about an hour but today was done in under 30 min. Scrub was 10 seconds both feet - massage was just a wipe of lotion.

The first time I went was April 27th for my belated birthday. It was one of best massages ever and today I just went with me and my husband for our 4 year wedding Anniversary. May 24th but came today May 25th . My husband loved it and wants to come back every month. I loved it once again they take there time and get all your aches and pain out and so kind. Love this place I'll be back for a massage and facial next time.

had an amazing Russian Manicure at Shadi Nails Encino, and the result was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and cleanliness were outstanding. Before that, I also had a Russian Pedicure at Shadi Nails in Canoga Park on Sherman Way, and it was just as amazing. The salon has a beautiful boutique vibe and the quality of work is excellent. If you are looking for Russian manicure or Russian pedicure in Los Angeles, I highly recommend Shadi Nails Encino and Shadi Nails Canoga Park. Truly one of the best nail salon experiences!
