I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I had an amazing 45-minute Swedish massage experience! From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. The pressure was perfect—gentle yet effective—and all the tension in my shoulders and back just melted away. She took extra care to massage my hands and feet as well as my back and chest, which made the experience feel incredibly thorough and relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it easy to fully unwind. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and incredibly relaxed. I highly recommend Ruth for a massage.

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology.
