One of the best massages that ive had. Went for the four handed massage. Jane and Anna were very good and gave me treatment that I needed and feel 100% better. Will definitely come back when I'm next in Cardiff.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went for a hot stone massage, and it didn't disappoint 😴 The treatment was so relaxing and the massage included back, neck,arms, legs and finishing with a rejuvenating foot scrub. Would highly recommend this treatment to ease away any stress and every day aches and pains.

My first ever massage! Such a relaxing experience. Nicole was very calming, I loved the firm pressure on the head and feet massages and how attentive she was even after the appointment by making sure there was a towel for my feet and warning me about how bright it would seem outside! I'll definetely be back :)

My 5 stars are for Salah, not the pedicure which was essentially a shape and polish for which I would expect to pay £10 not £25. My feet weren't even washed! A pedicure should include hot soapy water and some exfoliating as well as a leg/foot massage and nail treatment.

I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

Located conveniently on the high street in Canton, the massage studio is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in.
