Just amazing! I always leave my appointments feeling so great, with exactly what I’ve asked for (usually even better than what Ive asked for thanks to Louise’s advice/recommendations!) The balayage/balayage refresh is done so well, and allows me the low maintenance hair colouring I love - my hair always feels so much healthier, even after colour treatment. Louise really knows what she’s doing and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

She has corrected my awkward highlights to a beautiful natural looking blend which she expertly guided me towards after precise and expert question to identify what I was looking for.
