Had an amazing hair appointment for half head highlights with Crispin, he was super nice and listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Really good knowledge of hair texture and colour I was impressed with it. It was a pleasure chatting to both him and the owner who gave me a lovely restaurant rec as I was visiting Brisbane. I also had a glass of wine during the appointment and felt super relaxed after. Gorgeous salon, it was my first visit and I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you :)

Katie not only did a wonderful job at my hair, but was also so kind, understanding and patient of my newborn daughters needs. 🩷 Yummy treats provided. I’m so glad I found Studio Sterling a few months ago. Amy does my nails better than anyone ever has (I also never stop getting compliments on them) And Charlotte recently fixed my hair after a few years of hair struggles and bad experiences. She did an absolutely amazing job and truly gave me my confidence back for which I’m so grateful! I love Mia Hair Studio - I stumbled upon Mia with a GroupOn for a Keratin Treatment. The keratin treatment was professionally done and has lasted ages (I have very thick, curly hair and in Brisbane humidity it can be hard to control - all great now). While there, I mentioned I needed a cut, which Mia had no problem doing - she heard what I had to say and gave me the perfect cut with the texture I asked for. I have also had colouring done and just love it. I also love that it's a small boutique - I can get my hair cut and coloured in 2 hours (if you know, you know! I can spend 4 hours!)

Best salon in Brisbane. All the staff are amazingly talented. I have very curly hair and have been going to Lunatic Fringe for 5+ years and have never walked out after an appointment disappointed. If you have curly hair, you'll know what I mean. 100% recommend!

Andrew and Crispin are not only lovely but just really great at what they do. I have curly long hair and always ask for something like a wolf cut or balayage and I want to style it and wear it curly and natural and they nail it every time. Really experienced and I highly recommend.

Dan is an incredible hair stylist who puts soooo much effort into his work. I've had full head of foils and a short bob done by him a couple of times now and I've gotten so many compliments both times! The colour is so bright and fresh and the products he uses are amazing. The head massage is also EPIC. Also have to say he is just an overall beautiful person who makes the 5 hours spent in the salon feel like a girly night out!xxx

Simply love it!!! Natasha is super friendly and did such an amazing job — I left the salon absolutely loving my hair, which is rare for me! She covered my greys beautifully and added some super natural highlights that blend perfectly with my brunette colour. She also gave me a gorgeous 60s-style fringe, just like I asked for. I highly recommend going there, and I’ll certainly be back many times from now on! 💜
