Stella was really professional and lovely - went in for nano extensions which I’ve not had before. Took time to discuss what I was after and made sure the colour/cut were perfect. Appointment flew by and I’m beyond happy with my hair now. It’s very well blended, I went from just below shoulder length to and had 18 inches fitted. The salon itself is vibrant, good music and the rest of the staff are also lovely. Thanks a lot :D

Honestly the service and chat here is great! I’ve tried several hair salons in Loughborough over the years and have finally found stylists able to do my cut! 🙌🏻

I can’t recommend Dani enough! I went in for a balayage and she achieved exactly the colour I initially asked for. After seeing it on myself, I realised it wasn’t quite what I wanted after all, and I was worried about saying something. Dani was so understanding, patient and professional. She happily adjusted the colour for me and made sure I left loving my hair. I was in the salon for over 5 hours, and throughout the whole appointment she was kind, reassuring and never once made me feel uncomfortable or like I was being difficult. Thank you Dani

You can feel the relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in, like you’re stepping out of the world for a bit. Jasmine is just wonderful. She makes you feel welcome straight away and really listens to what you want. There’s no rush, no pressure — just a genuinely relaxing appointment where you feel looked after from start to finish.I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and loved my hair and the new salon.
