I’ve been having classic b-curl lash extensions for a couple of years, but this was my first visit to Charlotte for them. They look amazing 🤩 On a freezing cold day, the cabin was so warm and cosy that I ended up dropping off to sleep during the treatment.

As always, love my nails after being done by Claire with Shellac. I have very weak nails but she has tried various things to make my nail colour last as long as possible, without chips. I think she's finally cracked it. The choice of colours are extensive too, so you will never be bored.

Lovely lady. Really looked after my grandma who had her nails painted ( normal nail varnish) for her birthday. Friendly and pleasant. Made to feel welcome when we arrived. Slight issue is that since coming home the nails have chipped which is a disappointment.

I've left reviews before but this one is for the new Diamond Dermabrasion Facial. I've never had one of these before but as my skin matures and seems to develop new lumps and bumps daily I thought I'd give it a go. It's a different sensation, but not an unpleasant one, and as with all of Lauren's treatments you are in an environment where you feel totally relaxed. The following morning my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Would recommend.
