I originally went in hoping to have fat dissolving under my chin, but after assessing me, Mona was completely honest and explained that I didn't actually have enough fat for the treatment to make a noticeable difference. I really appreciated her honesty rather than trying to sell me something that wouldn't work. Honestly Alicia is lovely! Wouldn’t think it was the first time I met her. I’ve got a LOT of hair and most stylists pull a face as soon as they see it, but honestly it was nothing and I felt comfortable straight away. I’ll definitely be back x
