⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Mona enough! I originally went in hoping to have fat dissolving under my chin, but after assessing me, Mona was completely honest and explained that I didn't actually have enough fat for the treatment to make a noticeable difference. I really appreciated her honesty rather than trying to sell me something that wouldn't work. I had an amazing experience and couldn’t recommend her enough! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. I was particularly worried because I had a few active acne spots but she explained everything clearly, and never made me feel judged or pressured. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the appointment, and I felt completely at ease in her care. I’m so glad I chose her and can’t wait to see my results.

Best experience I’ve ever had! She was so attentive and her attention to detail was unbelievable. She was light handed so it didn’t hurt nearly as much as I’ve experienced previously. She really took her time to talk me through the process which put me at ease as it was my first visit. The results are phenomenal and I’m so happy that I decided to visit her! 10/10!

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.
