I had a fab consultation to address issues with a home colour disaster and an awful haircut at another salon. Im so impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of my stylist. She was very thorough and managed my expectations for my hair journey back to its former colour and condition. I had a chelating treatment in readiness for my first round of colour correcting followed by a hair trim to trim to put some style back in my barnet. I learned some new blow drying techniques and was given advice on replacing my brushes. Can not wait for first appointment.

Gracie is an amazing young lady, who has a clear passion for her craft. Her salon is bright, airy, clean and has a wonderful vibe. Old and young are welcome, it just has such a comfortable joyful feel to it. I have followed Gracie now for a few years and will keep with her for as long as she is doing her craft Please go see them. I highly recommend all the ladies in there x

The Remedy Room is a wonderful find, just on the outskirts of Downham Market. I visited today for the first time, but it will not be the last. The room itself is calming and inviting (in addition to being beautifully decorated) and the treatment was amazing. Tracey makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you arrive. She has definitely created a tranquil retreat.

A blissful spring rejuvenation combination of back massage, cooling eye mask and facial, and really soothing arm massage. Another fabulous experience with Tracey at The Remedy Room - I've booked my next session already!
