I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Sam has an amazing way of cutting and shaping so that even as my hair grows out it will continue to look great! I also really loved the clarifying shampoo and conditioning I got as hard water is destroying my hair. I originally booked for Dermaplaning treatment, but when she looked at my skin condition, she told me that she does not recommend it due to my skin condition. She suggested a different treatment instead, and I couldn't be more happier! I finally found a skincare place where I can be confident that the staff will address all my skincare concerns.

Not only did she give me the perfect cut, but she styled my curls so beautifully and took the time to teach me how to care for and style them myself. As someone who’s always found curly hair a little overwhelming, that meant so much. She’s also one of the sweetest people, which makes the whole experience even better.
