I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. Sam has an amazing way of cutting and shaping so that even as my hair grows out it will continue to look great! I also really loved the clarifying shampoo and conditioning I got as hard water is destroying my hair. Thanks again to Sam for suggesting the shower head filter; we are looking into sourcing a few for all of our showers. Thanks Venus team!

I’ve been going here for over 5 years. Always satisfied with my haircuts no matter which barber has me in the chair. Today, I was booked for the usual $40 cut but because of my recent hair loss condition, Edison dropped me down to the “cyclist, clean-up” cut, which is half the price from what I usually get. It’s that kind of customer service that is rare today and why I’ve been going back here. Highly recommend this shop.
