Ellie did an absolutely fabulous job with my haircut! I also added the scalp massage treatment, and it was such a worthwhile experience. She carefully assessed the condition of my scalp, explained what she noticed, and recommended products to help keep my hair and scalp healthy. The haircut and styling turned out exactly how I envisioned, if not even better. Ellie is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and made the entire appointment so relaxing and enjoyable. Really impressed with the service at this salon. Even though the receptionist was away for a second, she popped out immediately to greet me with a smile. The hair wash was one of the most relaxing I’ve had. My stylist, Saemi was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me expert advice tailored to my hair condition. My experience today at DBK Bayview with Raffi was absolutely amazing. We spent a few hours together styling, coloring, conditioning and shaping and this was the first time he undoubtedly worked his master creative hair stylist and colorist magic on my naturally curly hair! His massages are out of this world and when I asked him to explain the treatment plan, I was truly amazing at his knowledge and expertise! Thank you so much Raffi. I will definitely see you the next time I am ready to set up my appointment with you.

I moved to Toronto 6 years ago and couldn’t find the right hairdresser for me. I tried multiple hairdressers all around the GTA until I went to Raffi last summer. Finally, I had found “the one”! I was so happy with my haircut last summer and went to him again today. This time I also got a balayage. He did an incredible job! Raffi is so skilled and even more, is a genuinely caring person. He listens to what you want and knows how to make that work perfectly for your hair and lifestyle. Everyone at DBK Salon was friendly and super helpful! I look forward to going there again!
