I had a really pleasant experience during my facial. The esthetician was gentle, professional, and explained each step of the process. My skin felt very clean, hydrated, and noticeably smoother right after the treatment. She was incredibly respectful, skilled, and made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. Valeria took care of me and the experience was great. She was super patient and open to all my questions, which I really appreciated.
