Andrew did an amazing job on my nails, and Jo was very accommodating with my cut, file, and color request. I’ll definitely be back! My only concern was the no-children policy. It wasn’t clearly mentioned in the booking email, only in the terms link. I stepped outside to arrange pickup for my child and felt uncomfortable when staff discussed the situation. Later, another customer arrived with her daughter, who stayed quietly on a phone, and nothing was said. I was confused why the policy seemed to be applied differently.

Good. Kind staff. In the end they sadly couldn't do the nails I actually wanted but they turned out beautiful. Only my nails on my right hand are darker then my nails on the left the rest is beautiful.

It was my first time and Trinh was incredibly warm and welcoming. Her technique is excellent and she fully considered what I wanted. I showed her my nail inspiration and honestly, the result turned out even better than I suggested. I definitely recommend her and will be back very soon!

SO MANY GREAT THINGS TO SAY - 1) I got a GREAT pedicure and manicure - with gorgeous gel polish - for a very reasonable price; 2) The shop is so stylish and the massage chair for pedicure is super-comfortable; 3) Joe is so charming, talented, and helped create a truly enjoyable atmosphere.
