I had my nails done by Sasha and it was such a great experience. She’s incredibly skilled and careful with every detail. My nails have never looked this clean or perfectly shaped. The way she worked on the cuticles was so gentle that my hands looked instantly refreshed. The polish went on beautifully. Joelma is professional, and friendly. She does a great job and gives a great hand massage as part of the manicure. Hugo is the happiest person in the world! Professional and very eager to fit in an appointment even when it seems impossible. I had a problem with 3 chipped nails after a week. I did not complain because it was likely my fault. Hugo did not charge me. I was surprised to say the least, and very happy. Also,I ran out of time to complete my pedicure. Hugo agreed to my returning after the weekend for the nail polish. What amazing customer service! I have become a loyal customer.
