Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Simona is a perfectionist, I had a builder gel manicure and the shape is perfect, so many colours and designs to choose from and the salon is very cosy nice nail oil gift for first visit too, highly recommend

I’ve been having my nail done here for a while and after I tried another master, work was done ok. Gel itself is good, shape etc too but cuticle this time was done very badly. After my nails grew a bit it looks like someone was biting cuticle instead of cutting it

I booked an appointment for a gel manicure with Ellen as my nails have always been brittle and kept breaking in spite of all the home treatments I tried throughout the years. Ellen assured me that my nails would look great and the gel manicure would actually protect them and help them grow in time. She was right! Ellen is very thorough in her work and has great skills and knowledge on how to treat natural nails and which products to use. I would strongly recommend booking an appointment with Ellen - she is a highly skilled nail professional and a lovely person, too!
