After having a bad experience with a lash lift somewhere else, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again. Ruby completely changed that. She took the time to explain every step of the Korean lash lift, talked me through what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, never rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. My lashes have turned out even better than I imagined they are beautifully lifted, look so natural, and I haven’t stopped looking at them since! Thank you, Ruby, for restoring my faith in lash lift❤

Such a lovely experience at The hair extension shop! rang up as a new client for weft fitting, they fit me in the following day. I’m used to sitting in the chair for at least 4 hours but In about 2 hours I had beautiful long, thick and styled hair! I will definitely be returning, staff are all so lovely and jade is so skilled in what she does… Thanks team! ❤️

Arrive for my appt an hour early and Rukky suggested a hair consultation. She was informative and knowledgeable and easy to converse with. Although I have insight into my hair regime and how to manage it she was able to provide info on other products which maybe more beneficial. Rukky took the time to thoroughly detangle my 4c hair and was gentle throughout. The wash and protein treatment left my hair feeling so soft and the blowout had my hair looking great. My first visit but definitely not my last, highly recommend trying Ardour. Thanks Rukky.
