Great experience, been a while since I've been in the hairdressers to get my hair done so thought why not treat myself! Rukky was professional throughout, whilst also giving me hair tips and tricks to maintain my style after I leave the salon. Would definitely be back and definitely recommend!

This was my first time getting my hair done here and I can honestly say it was the best salon experience I have ever had! I had my hair done by Annabel and Rukky the owner also helped when she wasn’t busy. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome and you can tell that they know exactly what they are doing. I usually travel pretty far to get my hair done because there are few people I trust with my hair, but couldn’t due to being heavily pregnant but I will definitely be coming back from now on as I’ve never left a hair appointment so happy with the outcome than today! Thank you so much!!

I visited Ardour hair and beauty on the 28th February. I wanted to go from natural hair to a curly perm as I have arthritis in my hands and will have increasing difficulty taking care of my hair. I had a wash and blow dry with Rukky and she so lovely and welcoming! I thoroughly enjoyed the scalp massage when she was washing my hair and you can tell she's experienced and really knows what she's doing. I love my blow dry and the added curls, I will definitely be going back!

Rukky is a very good hairdresser who invests a great deal of her time listening and absorbing the needs of her clients. Rukky is very knowledgeable on hair care management and gives sound advice to clients on what would work best for their hair. For me, I find Rukky nothing but warm, approachable, keen to work in partnership with my ideas but also, incredibly professional and curteous at all times even when at her busiest. Another huge bonus for me is that Rukky strives to ensure her clients are booked in separately creating a working and engagement space that feels very dedicated to you.

Honestly I can't find any fault. I am always satisfied. Rukky is extremely polite and professional, always looks after the customers best interests, gives great hair advice and even advice on after care. I will always get my hair and lashes done at ardour and I highly recommend her services. She has done my mum's hair a number of times and she is Caucasian so rukky is skilled and knowledgeable in all hair types not just black hair. I Couldn't be happier. Her hands are blessed.
