It’s not easy to please a fussy 14 year old when it comes to getting their hair cut and blow dried but my granddaughter is absolutely thrilled with how Summer styled her hair. I also feel Summer deserves a medal for dealing with my granddaughters constant ADHD chatter!!

There is nothing I can say that will truly explain how amazing Ell is! From consultation to appointment, everything exceeded my expectations. Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Where to begin! Not only is Rachel a master of her craft, but a genuinely lovely girl who can put even the most anxious people at ease. I’ve never ever left a salon actually happy with my hair until Rachel did my hair, and I get complimented all the time!! 2+ hours pass like minutes in the chair, and I look forward to my yap (and matcha) every 6 weeks. Could not recommend more <3
